Operations Manager
General objective of the role
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of Ecorobotix in the United States and ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, and that the company meets its goals. In this pivotal role, you will manage the supply chain logistics for machines and spare parts ordered from Ecorobotix SA, ensuring their timely receipt and efficient distribution across the North American market. You will also develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, support our growing customer base, and uphold Ecorobotix's commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Reporting lines and interactions
This role will report to the Managing Director of North America. Internally, this position will be closely working with Ecorobotix SA. Externally, this position will be collaborating with shipping companies, supply chains, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Coordinate orders of machines and spare parts with Ecorobotix SA, ensuring accuracy and alignment with demand forecasts.
- Manage the importation and receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with US customs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels for machines and spare parts.
- Organize and streamline distribution channels to deliver products efficiently across the North American market.
