Job Overview
As a Production Line Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include labeling, filling, and packaging products according to production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Job Functions:
- Ensure product containers, caps, and cartons are properly aligned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bottles, caps, cartons, and filling equipment.
- Verify that products are labeled, filled, and boxed correctly as they pass through the production line.
- Operate a scanner to input production data, including accurate case numbers.
- Clean the work area and all equipment at the end of each shift or during working hours, as needed.
- Cross-train on various roles within the line and rotate assignments as directed.
- Participate in special projects and requests as necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a production environment.
- Familiarity with filling equipment and ability to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment, and other necessary items (up to 70 lbs).
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions accurately.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
