Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our Operations Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while working with our cleaning crew leaders. This role requires a strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site evaluations; obtain client feedback and relay information to cleaning crew leaders and management.
- Supervise and conduct training of cleaning crews as needed.
- Keep track of inventory needs in multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance of cleaning crews to meet and maintain all payroll standards.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Skills
- Previous janitorial experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of mechanics.
