Job Opening: Motor Coach Operator

EcoStyle Transportation is a premier transportation service provider seeking qualified, customer-focused Commercial Driver's License (CDL) bus drivers with a "P" endorsement to join our growing team of professional motor coach operators.

Position Overview:

The Motor Coach Operator will ensure the safe, timely, and professional transport of passengers to and from specified destinations while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers professionally, ensuring a positive travel experience.
• Adhere to schedules and demonstrate strong time management skills, including punctuality.
• Complete daily logs and reports in compliance with DOT guidelines.
• Maintain buses in excellent condition, including refueling and cleaning as necessary.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by following safe driving practices and adhering to company safety protocols.
• Operate motor coaches (24–56 passengers) to transport passengers to designated locations.
• Follow all EcoStyle Transportation rules and policies, including wearing company-issued uniforms and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Address passenger concerns calmly and professionally, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid CDL with "P" endorsement and medical certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience driving a CDL vehicle.
• Clean driving record and the ability to be insured.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to respond effectively to conflict.
• Ability to follow DOT regulations and company protocols.
• Consistent attendance and reliability are required.
• Basic proficiency in English (ability to understand and communicate effectively).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within established guidelines.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Position Type:

• Full-time and part-time positions are available, as needed.
