- Send email confirmations and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Coordinate with affiliates to book, assign, and confirm orders, while addressing any service-related concerns.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requests to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate rate quotes for various vehicle classes.
- Independently review reservations to ensure accuracy and quality.
