Job Description:
As an EcoVenger Sales Rep/Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the Pest Management industry. You will be responsible for engaging with Pest Management Professionals & Distributors over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting the benefits of EcoVenger’s bio-insecticide product line. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and distributors, generate sales leads and ultimately increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
● Proactively reach out to Pest Management Professionals via phone and email to promote EcoVenger products and services.
● Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted prospecting efforts.
● Participate in trade shows all over the country, to promote the product line.
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions and proposals for customers.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM platform.
● Achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
● Previous experience in phone sales, preferably in the pest control industry or related field.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong sales knack with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
● Ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.
● Able to work independently, self-motivated with a positive attitude and passion for sustainable solutions.
● High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
