Job Description:We’re looking for a motivated and personable Full-Time Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll run qualified in-home appointments, build relationships with homeowners, and help them choose the right products for their home improvement projects. No prior sales experience? No problem—we provide full training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential customers in their homes to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of EcoView’s window and door products
- Follow up on leads and guide customers through the sales process, from consultation to close
- Represent EcoView at local events, trade shows, and neighborhood marketing efforts (including some door-knocking)
- Attend training sessions to stay sharp on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Work closely with the owner and team, providing regular updates and check-ins
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy presence in every interaction
