Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to align strategies and share market insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and retail sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demos that engage potential customers.
- Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or upselling is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
