We are looking for an office assistant/customer service representative. Candidate will act as back up to office manager. Must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Data entry
- Payment processing
- Accurate record keeping
