You dive in, learning the ins and outs of our operations and building relationships with our Operations Team, clients, and industry stakeholders. You quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding our customers' needs and tailoring solutions that drive their success. With a sharp eye for market trends, you begin identifying new opportunities that align with our growth strategy.
By Six Months:
You’ve crafted and implemented a strategic business development plan that’s already showing results. Your pipeline is thriving, and you’ve closed key deals that enhance our market presence. Your expertise in the food sanitation industry has helped clients see Ecowize not just as a service provider but as an indispensable partner. Internally, you’re coaching and mentoring our team, refining our approach, and setting new benchmarks for success.
At One Year and Beyond:
You are a key driver of our long-term vision, consistently exceeding margin and revenue goals. Your leadership in business strategy and client engagement has fueled sustainable growth. You’ve developed key partnerships that further elevate Ecowize’s position in the industry. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and deliver on strategic initiatives has not only impacted the bottom line but also positioned you as a vital leader within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and executing business strategies that prioritize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and industry experts.
- Leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing contracts—while ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Using financial analysis and forecasting techniques to drive data-informed decisions.
- Creating impactful sales presentations and proposals that articulate Ecowize’s value proposition.
- Collaborating across the Operations team to refine and improve our sales approach.
- Monitoring industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record of driving sales growth in the food manufacturing sanitation industry.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a strong industry background.
- Expertise in negotiation, networking, and relationship management.
