What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Painter position at ECP Inc?
Looking for full time residential painters.
Must be on time ready to work.
This is a 1099 position that is paid biweekly. (around the 1st and 15th of the month)
Tasks include lots of ladder work, inclines & declines, custom homes, residential repaints, remodels, new builds, interiors & exteriors
Must have:
-Experience
-All basic hand tools (brushes, rollers, naps, caulk gun, 5 in 1 tool, screw driver, cut in pots etc. )
-Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
-Positive attitude/neat appearance
-Good work ethic
-Able to work interior and exterior
-Able to handle ladder sets/ incline and decline
-Able to work on roofs/heights
-Willing to commute throughout Denver and southern suburban areas
