JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION
The Customer Care Specialist serves as a strategic partner for our existing customers, dedicated to fostering strong relationships, addressing their needs through our products, and driving sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed individual quotas, team sales goals and all assigned performance metrics.
- Answer inbound sales calls from individual customers and process orders in a timely manner.
- Follow up on customer inquiries through outbound calls or in the ECRS ticketing system.
- Accurately process orders per specified guidelines and policies.
- Provide support to the ECRS Sales Team for business transactions by assisting with comps, discounts, customer credits/returns, waivers, special orders, etc.
- Develop a high-level mastery of the ECRS product offerings and their various configurations.
- Build excellent rapport and confidence with customers while identifying their needs.
- Promote and offer products and services by consulting on and addressing customer needs.
- Process or escalate customers' requests, changes of service, and billing arrangements.
- Process credit card payments.
- Enter customer data into various software programs.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience required (e.g. call center, retail, insurance, upselling, door to door).
- Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Operating Systems, and the Internet).
- Ability to quickly gather and retain knowledge of the ECRS Product offerings.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Possess a high level of business professionalism with exceptional attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor with ability to understand and empathize with customers' business needs.
- Act as a team player and foster collaboration.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
