JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION
This person is responsible for managing set up, configuration, specialized support, consulting, and related technical processes associated with ECRS' retail Supply Chain services: Gateway, Universal Product Database, General Ledger, Purchase Order Worksheet, Passport API, and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- A go to expert on ECRS Supply Chain Management.
- Onboarding, installation, and configuration of Gateway and/or Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) for new and existing customers.
- Providing answers to ECRS customers to basic support questions concerning ordering, receiving, and Gateway.
- Onboarding, management, and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange partnership.
- Adherence to published best practices, policy, SLA (Service Level Agreement), and technical documentation.
- Assistance in creating internal and external documentation in coordination with the ECRS Knowledge Resources Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years' experience with technical help desk procedure, customer service, retail operators.
- At least 6 months' working experience with some or all the required qualifications below.
- Basic knowledge in at least one or more of the following: installing, operating, testing, planning & configuring relevant technologies.
- Experience with ECRS' retail Supply Chain services: Gateway, Universal Product Database, General Ledger, Purchase Order Worksheet is a plus.
- Basic understanding of a retail environment & operations.
- Basic understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in hardware, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- Intermediate to advanced root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn, use, and troubleshoot retail software and related hardware.
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and team player.
- Strong written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage time efficiently.
- Display a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Effective customer service skills, which includes a positive attitude, helpful customer interaction, and maintenance of ongoing customer relationship.
- Technical aptitude and a willingness for ongoing learning.
