We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. Working under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting patient treatment plans and helping individuals regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing treatment programmes.
- Support patients in developing functional skills, motor development, and daily living activities.
- Provide training on compensation techniques, adaptive equipment use, and splinting.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Note: This role does not involve patient evaluations.
