Job Summary:
We are in search of full-time cleaning technicians that have the capability to execute cleaning projects that require a high degree of detail and technical skill.

Desirable candidates will have the following qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Prior experience/training on a boom lift or scissor lift.

- Prior pressure washing experience.

- Prior commercial cleaning experience

- Prior experience in floor care including buffing, stripping, waxing, and sealing. Other floor care may involve operating a floor scrubber.

A majority of our other on site cleaning involves: sweeping, dusting, reaching, mopping, vacuuming, windows, removing trash. Cleaning is done in a schools, entertainment venues, and other event spaces.

Other non-negotiable skills for this role are: a strong work ethic, reliable and punctual attendance, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to serve the customer and their teammates.

Schedule/Compensation:

Monday-Friday Weekends as needed (at least 2-3 weekend days per month)

7 am-330 pm

Pay: $16-$17/hr/bi weekly pay (pay based on prior cleaning experience and degree of technical skill/training)

Benefits: Eligible for full health benefits after 60 days of employment.

Job Duties:

• Special projects including: floor care, high dusting on lift equipment, pressure washing, etc.
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including re-stocking bathroom supplies.
• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 25lbs without physical limitations
• Ability to be actively on your feet for a majority of the shift.
• Flexible with adapting to changing situations and assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be coachable and willing to learn.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to work.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to pass required clearances in order to work in a school setting.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
