Description:

To maintain the cleanliness of the retail and warehouse spaces for our Mechanicsburg location. Job will be responsible for cleaning multiple areas including: retail floor, restrooms, checkout lines, fitting rooms, offices, entryways and break areas. This role will be highly self-accountable and will report to the site supervisor.

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday-Friday

5am-130pm

Benefits: Employees are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 60 days of employment.

Wage: $16/Hour/Bi Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:

Understands and aligns all job decisions with the company’s Core Four (Own, Empower, Serve, Grow).

Public Areas: Clean and sanitize public restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, etc.) fitting rooms, check-out lines, and main entrances.

• Clean all mirrors, windows, glass doors and display counter(s).
• Sweep and vacuum all entryways.
• Empty all trash cans.
• Clean floors as needed (sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub)
• Restock bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, feminine products).

Non- Public Areas:

· Donation Drop Off Area: empty trash, sweep/mop floors, dust, wipe down shelving, etc.

· Employee Area:

• Clean break room and lunchroom (empty trash, wipe counters, sweep/mop floors, detailed cleaning of appliances)
• Clean all office spaces (wipe down desks, dusting, vacuum/mop floor, empty trash, etc.)
• Sanitizing of high touch surfaces in all areas.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager and or Site Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift constantly.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to work.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
