What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist position at ECS Corporate Services, LLC?
- Prepares accounting reports and assists with accounts receivable duties
- Records, reconciles, and balances transactions in accounting systems/software
- Maintains and updates accounts receivable documentation as necessary
- Process accounts receivable payments and create and distribute payment receipts
- Monitors and directs or responds to general accounting email inquiries
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
- Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents
- Process customer credit card payments
- Perform verification of deposits
- Posting to accounts receivable
- Perform weekly/monthly account reconciliations
- Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled for month-end close
- Other duties as assigned
This is a full-time, in-office positions in Chantilly, VA.

- 2-3 years as an Accounting Representative or related experience required.
