What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior National Practice Leader position at ECS Corporate Services, LLC?
What You'll Do
- Pursue national account opportunities on a full-time basis
- Build and manage a National Accounts portfolio of up to $50M Group Sales ($10M-20Mmanaged directly)
- Seek, initiate, and drive new business opportunities, including market segments and service offerings
- Hire and manage support staff, as needed
- Lead Capture Team Process for high opportunity accounts, engaging resources across ECS
- Mentor NAM's and NPL's as Corporate Sponsor and / or as assigned
- Work with Director to build a consistent national sales process and consistency among offices
- Provide strategic leadership and information on market trends and long-term growth opportunities
- Assist with other duties as assigned
