As we scale our operations, we're looking for a sales professional to help us grow our aftermarket business.
Job Description:
The Aftermarket Sales Representative will identify and develop opportunities within our existing customer base.
This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset to provide aftermarket solutions such as spare parts, retrofits, system upgrades, and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend solutions.
- Quoting & Proposal Development: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for aftermarket products and services.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in aftermarket sales, technical sales, or account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial ventilation systems, scrubbers, thermal oxidizers, biofilters, or other air pollution control technologies.
- Sales Ability: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to read drawings and understand system components.
- CRM & Tools: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
