About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team at ECS Environmental Solutions.
The Aftermarket Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities within our existing customer base.
This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset to provide aftermarket solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Technical Support: Understand system components and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Quoting & Proposal Development: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for aftermarket products and services.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in aftermarket sales, technical sales, or account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial ventilation systems, scrubbers, thermal oxidizers, biofilters, or other air pollution control technologies.
- Sales Ability: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to read drawings and understand system components.
- CRM & Tools: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
