ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). As a Commercialization Advisor, you will play a vital part in transforming ARPA-H's cutting-edge biomedical program solutions and discoveries into successful commercial products and ventures. You will work closely with researchers, engineers, and business leaders to navigate the commercialization process, ensuring a smooth transition from the lab to the marketplace.
What you will do:
- Serve as a Commercialization Advisor:
- Provide commercialization support and technical expertise.
- Develop engagement strategies and key services.
- Advise on the development of key services and transition programs.
- Track and analyze the success of commercialization efforts and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse team:
- Build strong relationships with scientists, engineers, and other advisors involved in the program.
- Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000

Requirements:Required – Basic
- Education: Masters in any field or PhD in Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, or related scientific field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in research related to commercialization and technology strategies.
- Expertise in technology transfer, digital technology, and diagnostic technology.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
Required – Intermediate
- Education: PhD, Cellular/Molecular Medicine or Pharmacology/Toxicology related scientific field.
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in healthcare strategy and policy development or investment strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
Required – Advanced
- Education: Medical Degree.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience related to technology/research and business and health care practice.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
