In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a “systems engineering and technical assistance” advisor, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. Position Responsibilities:
- Manage/support the development, implementation, and maintenance of records management policies and procedures.
- Ensure records are accurately categorized, filed, and indexed for easy retrieval, following federal records management guidelines.
- Perform regular audits of records to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Provide support for the preparation, transfer, and storage of records, ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the process.
- Support the identification and retention of records in accordance with government retention schedules.
- Support implementation of electronic records management systems (ERMS) and other technology solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on records management practices, policies, and tools.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to records and information retrieval.
- Ensure that records are disposed of in a secure manner according to federal regulations.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to records management activities as required.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

Requirements:- Bachelors in any field
- Minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in federal government records management, with a solid understanding of federal laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., NARA, FOIA, and records retention schedules).
- Knowledge of electronic records management systems and other records management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data management and filing systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with federal agency compliance requirements related to records management.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports.
