ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a recruiting advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide support to Government Program Managers and Operations Leaders supporting the Office of the Director (DIRO).
What you will do:
Serve as Talent Acquisition Strategy Expert:
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to startup environments, leveraging best practices in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with industry networks, universities, and training programs to enhance the organization's visibility and access to emerging talent
- Foster a seamless candidate experience, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Utilize experience working with startups to adapt recruiting and development processes to agile, fast-paced environments.
- Act as a thought leader in organizational development strategies tailored to startup ecosystems, ensuring scalability and flexibility in talent solutions.
Manage Pipeline Development:
- Support and enhance the talent pipeline by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-potential candidates for roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and future pipeline needs.
- Maintain and analyze pipeline data to ensure alignment with organizational growth and strategic goals.
- Work closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and executive teams to understand talent needs and priorities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting metrics, program outcomes, and talent development initiatives to key stakeholders.
- Masters degree.
- 10 years minimum recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write technical reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
Req Benefits:
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
