ECS is seeking to hire an Innovation Consultant to join us in supporting Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning (OHIL). This work is based in Washington, DC, with an option for remote work.
The portfolio of projects, generated through grassroot crowdsourcing initiatives, leadership directives, industry roundtables, and partnerships, requires a team of flexible and competent individuals capable of producing quality deliverables on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional to support fast-moving, wide-ranging program and initiative needs.
The candidate will
- Prepare briefing decks for various government clients, including GS-15s and SES level roles
- Develop key performance indicators to evaluate program efficacy
- Support government integrated product teams
- Facilitate working sessions, strategy sessions, and training sessions for various government teams
- Manage innovation projects and pilots.
The candidate should be innovative, strategic, and have a passion for contributing to a high-performing team that supports clients in federal health care administration and management.
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Understanding and proven application of project management best practices such as PMI's PMBOK
Req Benefits:
Salary : $85,000 - $135,000
