ECS is seeking an Instructional Systems Design Consultant (Isd Consultant) to work remotely.
ECS is seeking a mission-driven Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support and enhance the clinical integration of VA Chaplain Services. In this role, you will develop innovative, learner-centered training solutions that equip chaplains with the tools and knowledge to effectively participate in interdisciplinary care teams and better serve the spiritual and emotional needs of Veterans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and workflow analyses to identify learning and performance gaps related to chaplains' clinical processes.
- Collaborate with chaplains, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to design evidence-based instructional content that aligns with VA care standards and values.
- Apply ADDIE or other instructional design frameworks to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs.
- Use data and feedback to iteratively improve instructional products and learning experiences.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
