What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building & Code Compliance Inspector position at ECS Florida, LLC?
What You'll Do
- Position involves performing third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety building inspections.
- Perform plan reviews of commercial buildings, report review and preparation, preparation of budget proposals, and management of projects related to building system inspections.
- Other expectations include the ability to interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members.
- Additional responsibilities include marketing and business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
6-8 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the state in which you work.
