What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Enclosure Associate III position at ECS Florida, LLC?
- Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Occasional field and laboratory testing
- Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects
- Preparing reports and proposals
- Maintaining and develop a client database
- Managing budgets and prepare invoices
- Mentoring other staff
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required; B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
- 2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
- IIBEC Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) preferred
