What You'll Do

  • Naturally building strong relationships with department managers and branch managers
  • Financial sophistication - you can track and monitor subsidiary finances easily
  • The region you're in - you can evaluate market opportunities and trends while devising new marketing and business development strategies
  • Serving as technical expert for at least two of the four primary service lines:
    1. Environmental Due Diligence (e.g.,Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screens, Desktop Studies)
    2. Site Assessment and Remediation (e.g., Phase II ESAs, voluntary clean-up program administration, risk assessments, remedial system design, underground storage tank assessments and removals)
    3. Natural Resources Consulting (e.g., wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species, permitting, stream/wetland mitigation/restoration)
    4. Industrial Hygiene Consulting (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, IAQ, mold, occupational exposure assessments)
  • Successfully training and mentoring subordinate staff and ensuring they are assigned the appropriate projects

What We're Looking For

  • BS or MS from an ABET accredited college/university in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related fields
  • 10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Must have a P.E. or P.G. license, or equivalent, or be capable of obtaining a licensure withing six months following date of hire
