What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Environmental Services position at ECS Southwest, LLP?
- Naturally building strong relationships with department managers and branch managers
- Financial sophistication - you can track and monitor subsidiary finances easily
- The region you're in - you can evaluate market opportunities and trends while devising new marketing and business development strategies
- Serving as technical expert for at least two of the four primary service lines:
- Environmental Due Diligence (e.g.,Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screens, Desktop Studies)
- Site Assessment and Remediation (e.g., Phase II ESAs, voluntary clean-up program administration, risk assessments, remedial system design, underground storage tank assessments and removals)
- Natural Resources Consulting (e.g., wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species, permitting, stream/wetland mitigation/restoration)
- Industrial Hygiene Consulting (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, IAQ, mold, occupational exposure assessments)
- Successfully training and mentoring subordinate staff and ensuring they are assigned the appropriate projects

What We're Looking For
- BS or MS from an ABET accredited college/university in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related fields
- 10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Must have a P.E. or P.G. license, or equivalent, or be capable of obtaining a licensure withing six months following date of hire
