Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, risk management, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, payroll, certified payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employment labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the main point of contact for benefit inquiries
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws, including FMLA and other relevant regulations
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and reporting purposes
- Budgeting skills to effectively manage HR expenses
- Experience in performance management processes and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to handle conflict situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
