Role And Responsibilities

The Electrical Project Manager position is a dynamic opportunity that is the driving force behind project planning, administration, purchasing, engineering, marketing, and installation processes for small to medium-sized electrical construction projects including commercial, health care, data center, and light & heavy industrial work in Wisconsin and the Greater Twin Cities area. Your responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing customer relationships, directing and supervising project teams to uphold contractual commitments and compliance, and managing projects with an eye for economic efficiency while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.   • Maintain existing and develop new customer relationships to secure future

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a project manager in the electrical
  • Ability to understand design/build requirements as well as the scope of the contract documents issued for the electrical work to be
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the electrical
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and
  • Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the
