Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work as a Travel Physical Therapist in our facility. This role will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' conditions and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct patient progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a North Carolina nursing license and certification by the Board of Licensing for Nursing (BLS) or equivalent.
Schedule Information
This is a full-time position with an estimated 89 weeks contract length. The schedule will require working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage (once or twice a month).
