Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at ECU Health Duplin Hospital. As an ICU nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide patient care according to the North Carolina Board of Nursing-Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Standards of Practice
- Coordinate and deliver nursing care, including data collection, expected outcomes identification, and plan of care development
- Promote effective functioning of the healthcare team and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, or higher
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
- AHA Basic Life Support certification
