Position Summary
The OR Material Services Specialist is responsible for assisting in ordering, receiving, and maintaining a sufficient inventory of supplies and instruments, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:

Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff
- Project positive behavior to department staff, team members and guests as evidenced by direct observation and feedback from others.
- Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload.
- Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to function as a team member and execute the desired outcomes
- Must exhibit creative, positive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to foster collaboration between multiple parties
- Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to groups
- Ability to think conceptually and apply concepts in a practical application
- Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and determine a course of action

- Commitment to a high standard of customer service
Minimum Requirements
- High School or greater degree is required- or higher.
- Zero to two years related experience
Other Information
- 40 hours a week
- Monday - Friday (2:30 pm - 11 pm)
- Rotational Weekends (6:30 am - 7 pm and/or 6:30 pm - 7 am)
- Rotational Holidays (8 hour shifts)
