Commonly utilized skills include : Lumbar, ventriculostomy and ICP management, procedure assistance for bedside surgeries, management of arterial lines, central lines, and mechanical ventilation. Job Requirements 2 years' experience in ICU nursing Licenses : RN MultiState Relias exams required to pass upon booking - 2 attempts. Schedule Information Start date : Any Monday 12D / N 36 GWW EOW Flexible scheduling options with self-scheduling; Six week scheduling period. Unit Specific Information 24-bed unit Staffing Ratios : 1 : 2 or 1 : 1 RN-to-patient based on acuity; Charge Nurse does not have a patient assignment.
