ECU Health North Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited, 204-bed acute bed facility serving Halifax, Northampton and Warren counties in the north-central region of North Carolina. It features a 24-hour emergency department and offers advanced diagnostics as well as specialty and primary care.
Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining daily operations for Patient Access Services. Serves as a liaison between the patient and Patient Access Representatives in resolving patient accounts. Supervises and schedules the work of the Patient Access Representatives. Accepts patient payments. Monitors, researches and resolves registration issues and accuracy of data input. Serves as financial counselor to assist patients in resolving outstanding accounts. Maintains and monitors patient scheduling system.
Minimum Requirements
High School or greater degree is required- or higher.
Three to four years related experience

Shift information -Dayshift, Monday - Friday and on-call rotation
