Position Summary
The Administrative Secretary acts as a personal secretary reporting to Dr. Williams PhD, RN, NEC-BC, NPD-BC Executive Director, Professional Practice, Professional Development and Clinical Education Center for Learning and Performance ECU Health Medical Center, dual reporting role to Executive Director and VP. Handles communications and acts as receptionist. Types and processes various materials. Performs office/administrative duties. May coordinate/direct duties and activities of various lower level clerical positions. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School plus less than 1 year of formal training or education in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Accounting required.
Expert in Microsft excel, powerpoint, data tracking, minutes, mircrosoft teams and other applications.
Excellent interpersonal relationship communication skills.
Previous experience in Healthcare
One additional year of secretarial science course work from a community or business college may be substituted for 1 year of the required experience with a maximum substituted of 2 years.

Postion: 1.0 FTE (5) 8 hour shifts / week
Shift: Days 8am - 5pm
