Position Summary
The Director, Enterprise Data and Analytics requires a seasoned information professional who has significant experience in data analytics, data mining, process mining, data visualization best practices, AI and machine learning. This professional will engage with leaders across the organization to understand the enterprise's strategy to align short- and long-term initiatives and budgets with product roadmaps and feature delivery. This professional will proactively drive positive change across the entire organization (both clinical and business) to ensure we consistently deliver value to our customers. You must be able to prepare and deliver presentations to both technical and business audiences and be comfortable communicating complex ideas to diverse populations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
- 7 or more years in Clinical and/or Business Process Improvement, Performance Analytics, Data Management, Business Analytics, and Analytical Systems
