Position Summary
The Financial Decision Support Analyst will assist in the preparation and completion of budgets for the ECU Health facilities.
In this role you will assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of the decision support cost system and will work with service line executives and business liaisons in the development and refinement of budget and cost in those respective service lines, etc. As the Financial Decision Support Analyst, you will be the collaborator for service line executives for financial reporting and analysis. You will also provide support in the development of management reports and data analyses to aid Administration in decision-making processes.
Minimum Requirements
Four-year college degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Decision Science, Economics, or related
3-4 years experience in accounting/business field within a hospital or industry required. Progressively responsible management experience in accounting desired: one additional year of college education in accounting or business may be substituted for one year of required experience (MBA and/or CPA desirable) with a maximum substitution of two years.
Preferred
An emphasis in computer application development
MBA and CPA
