Position Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist for Organization & Leadership Development facilitates the professional advancement of all ECU Health team members, leaders, physicians, and providers by readily enabling participation in educational sessions, specialized programs, team experiences, and professional development coaching. Examples include courses open to all team members, specialty courses for all leaders, Aspiring Leader Programs, Leader Orientation, Leader Onboarding courses, Leadership CORE, Enriching Leadership Program, and Provider Onboarding sessions and new programs to be developed. The Specialist ensures participation in courses and events is easily available to the respective target audiences through management of registrations and participation recordkeeping / training documentation utilizing ECU Health's Learning Management System and internal communication strategies. They ensure current and future relevance of O&LD offerings through data collection, assimilation, and reporting strategies. The Specialist is a key partner to the Director of Organization and Leadership Development, as well as all of the O&LD team, by helping ensure team communication is fluid, supply inventory is secured, budgeting and reporting practices are proficient, and daily collaboration with all ECU Health teams (Workforce Development & Talent Mobility, Office of Experience, HR, Medical Affairs Office, etc.) and team members is actualized.

Minimum Requirements
- BA or BS degree required- or higher. Recommended in Education, Leadership, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field
- 0 - 2 years experience in program coordination, training, and / or development and or administrative support is required.
- 3 - 4 years experience or greater is preferred.
