Position Summary
- Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care.
- Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
- Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
- Participates in Service Excellence Program.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- LPN Diploma
- Active NC LPN License or compact state
- Location/Department: ECU Health Internal Medicine Clinic (outpatient) - Washington, NC
- Hours for this position: 7:30am - 5:30pm (4 days per week) with rotating weekends (1 every 6 weeks)
