The Lismore Hotel is currently hiring Room Attendants. A hotel room attendant's responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, as well as providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Vacuum, dust, and polish guest rooms, bathrooms, and other areas
- Change bed linens and towels, and make beds
- Replace guest supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and biscuits
- Refill the mini-bar and add up the daily drinks bill
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken light fixtures or air conditioners
- Offer customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Collect dirty linen and deliver it to the laundry room
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
