What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Housekeeper - Lismore position at ECWI Hospitality?
The Lismore Hotel a Doubletree by Hilton in Eau Claire, WI is hiring for a clean and organized Lead Room Attendant. The Lead Room Attendant will act as a Supervisor when the Supervisor is off.
$17 per hour
Responsibilities:- Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
- Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby
- Respond to general inquiries from guests
- Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
- Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
- Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
