Position Overview : As a Master-Level VW Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Volkswagen vehicles with a focus on quality and efficiency. You’ll also be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring other technicians while ensuring that our service department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic and repair work on VW vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and system-related issues.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to enhance their technical skills and performance.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain department efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest VW technologies, tools, and diagnostic techniques.
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications :

Maintain a positive, can-do attitude that inspires and motivates others, even in challenging situations.

Clearly communicate with team members, service managers, and customers, ensuring expectations are met and problems are addressed promptly.

Master-Level Volkswagen Technician certification required. Other levels may be considered depending on the quality of applications.

Proven leadership experience in a technical or service role.

Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
