Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Manager, Turf Care at Ed Castro Landscape. The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day turf care operations, managing field staff, ensuring quality control, and implementing plans to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in turf care management and field operations
- Knowledge of turf care chemicals and pesticides
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and maintenance practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to perform case management, training, and social services related to turf care
- Certifications or training in turf care, landscaping, or related field is a plus
