Job Purpose
The WRGA Learning Innovation Lead is responsible for managing the Inno Lab, a dynamic, community-driven learning space designed to provide exciting, high-tech educational experiences for all ages. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the Inno Lab's operations, including supervising contract staff, designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, and building sustainable relationships within the community that generate revenue and usage of the Inno Lab. The Learning Innovation Lead will serve as the primary liaison with Ed Farm staff, the mayor’s office, industry representatives and community leaders. The fostering partnerships that enhance the Inno Lab's impact and reach.

Tasks or Duties to Accomplish Outcomes: Deploy existing programs while designing and delivering proprietary Inno Lab learning experiences aligned with the Inno Lab's objectives, ensuring programs are accessible and relevant for all age groups.

- Serve as the primary representative and "face" of the Inno Lab, Warner Robins' premier Ed Farm Spaces community learning space.
- Balance in-lab responsibilities with up to 30% travel for partnership engagements, maximizing both local impact and regional outreach.
- Engage in remote and travel-based collaborations with Ed Farm staffto support and strengthen program success across locations.
- Maintain regular availability Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, with flexibility to adapt to community needs beyond standard hours.
- Act as the Ed Farm liaison, building and nurturing relationships with regional leadership, the Mayor’s Office, and contracted partners within the service region.
- Ensure the safety, appeal, and maintenance of the Inno Lab’s physical environment, coordinating with local staffon repairs and cleanliness to create a welcoming community space.
- Lead and coordinate a team of support personnel to deliver diverse, high-quality programming for all age groups.
- Facilitate and implement a variety of engaging learning experiences, both independently and in collaboration with remote facilitators.
- Work closely with the DoLP and the Spaces team to meet all contractual obligations and achieve success in program deliverables across the service region.
- Cultivate relationships with community and regional stakeholders to support the ongoing growth and impact of the Inno Lab.
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and innovation among staffand partners.
- Identify and proactively manage operational risks, implementing robust risk management strategies to ensure program stability.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking, analyzing, and reporting impact data to assess and communicate program outcomes effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading-edge program approach.
- Represent the Inno Lab, its programs, and Ed Farm professionally at meetings, conferences, and other events, advocating for its mission and community impact.
