- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team member to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Sales and Business Management:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to generate new business and expand the agency's customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by the agency team.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure Agencies is foster long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, advice, and personalized service.
- Agency Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including sales and service tasks from direct reports, ensuring that operating systems and procedures are being followed by agency team members and that there is compliance with State Farm policies and procedures
- Monitor agency performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
- Training and Development:
