What You'll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers in understanding our electrical services and product offerings.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support, including billing assistance and order processing.

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
