Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication in English and/or Spanish.
- Assist clients with inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer needs and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client services and support.
- Maintain records and documentation as required, utilizing Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
