Our Management Trainee learns hands-on what it would take to become a successful entrepreneur. At Elite, our Management Trainee would be tackling research and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Responsibilities of Management Trainees:
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions to drive revenue
- Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-taking
- Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a business, marketing, sales, or customer service position.
- Experience with teamwork and leading others
- Creative & outside-the-box thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Have a strong and positive attitude

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
