Auto Parts Runner

• Delivers parts to technicians.
• Ensures that areas of the parts department are properly stocked.
• Checks in parts orders from manufacturers and outside vendors, inspect for damage and verify correct parts
• Prepare orders in warehouse for technicians
• Assists the service department by moving vehicles as needed and delivering vehicles to other repair facilities for sublet repairs.
• Picks up and/or delivers parts to accounts, collect payment when needed
• Process returns to outside vendors when necessary.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors and dusting parts bins daily.
• Prepare all cores for shipment back to the manufacturer when part has been replaced.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Must be flexible with work hours and able to work weekends.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well with others.
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
